DELIVERY
Usually we ship items in stock between 1-5 days.
We will provide you with a tracking number with all orders.
We offer free shipping across Europe, if you order above ā¬100 dkk. (may vary depending on country) Keep in mind - some countries have a high shipping rate - which is why there might be a delivery fee in some cases.
RETURN
The customer has the right to return new unused goods within 14 days.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
The 14-days-period shall start after receipt of this instruction, but in any event, no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer.
