This rug is crafted from two remarkable materials: heavy organic jute and New Zealand wool. Jute is a incredible strong material and therefor a great option as a rug material. We ship the rugs folded. to remove creases - roll up and unroll 3-4 times and the creases will fade out.
For your day-to-day cleaning. A hover should do the best job.
If you have stains either use a 50/50 solution of water and vinegar or if exposed to e.g. red wine, dab with a white cloth dampened with club soda to neutralize the spill and remove any possible stain.
Make sure the rug get to dry before placing back on the floor.
These Flat-weave jute rugs are handmade pieces. They are made from many many knots, through the lifespan and hovering - knots may appear. They can easily be removed with a scissor.
